Our bones already release lead and with more lead coming in from other places it can be very dangerous. Lead doesn't degrade and ends up in the atmosphere. It is estimated that 25,000 to 30,000 tons of lead enter the United States each year. Since china releases so much lead into the air, all that air moves here to the U.S
